We don't know very much about Amadeus, excpect that he is a very kind, gentle Weimaraner.  Amadeus was found as a stray with a purebred German Shepard buddy. Both dogs are microchipped, but the owners never updated their contact information with the chip registry.  After searching for his owner, Amadeus is now looking for a new, permanent family who will look after him and love him unconditionally.  Amadeus is a beatiful silver male Weimaraner.  The behavior assessment done at the Multnomah County Animal Shelter describes him as a nice, good natured, patient, and gentle boy.   Despite all of his amazing qualities and outstanding personality, we're afraid Amadeus might be overlooked by the average adopter.  You see, Amadeus is missing one of his front legs.  Although this does not stop him from getting around, his new family will need to be mindful of his physical condition.  Amadeus would want potential adopters to know that three legs can carry around just as much love as four.  He is ready and waiting for a family who will cherish his very special soul.
